My latest completion... The lighting was messed up; both sides are actually the same colors. This is from Joanna Basford, 'Lost Ocean.' It was released this week.

I should not post when I'm not fully awake.  I thought I was on a different blog since I made similar posts in like 3 places.

What I really meant was you should make your picture it's own post on this blog, rather than having it buried in the comments.

do yyou mind sharing what you used to color this? I don't mean brand, unless you want to share that, just the type of coloring instrument (pencils, crayons, markers, etc.).

@CallmeChaCha not at all! I used Fiskar's gel pens. I have the 48 pack. I believe they're best sellers on Amazon. 

I was trying to upload my latest coloring effort, but when I hit the "Add Blog Entry" or whatever it says, the window  comes up with the previous picture of my King Cat page already attached to it. Why is that happening?  I don't want to upload that one again. Shouldn't the window be blank when I'm trying to put a new photo up so I can attach it by itself? 

I didn't know where to post these, so I'll add them here. Thanks to @Fascinated for noting the coloring app she uses. Although I didn't find that particular one, I found a few others. Okay, that's not true, I found a LOT of them but only downloaded two: "Colorfy" and "Coloring - Mandala HD" and I did one picture in each app.

For the Mandala, I only used 4 colors, and for each set of 4 I went darker, starting from the center.

All of these are very pretty. Here are a couple more I did recently.  I used softer colours in the Alahambra. I might have mistakes in these but I like them.

Thanks!! I didnt think I'd be doing so many of these. I really like it! Maybe one day I'll do some for-real coloring with pencils and such.

I would love to join the blog! Seeing all of everyone's pictures makes me realize how slow I am! My pictures will be more infrequent than many. I love seeing everyone else's, and getting tons of new product suggestions!

All these pictures are great, but my question is am I going to get hooked on this as the other day at the checkout line at the grocery, lo and behold they had an adult coloring book in the rack....I have a very addictive personality...

Yes, yes you are, but it's a good kind of addiction    It's very relaxing!
