Here's the king cat page I just finished from the Creative Cats book.  Used Prismacolor and Copic Sketch markers.

The actual page is more vivid and bright. I'm not getting good results with the little camera I have. Don't have a scanner so I have to take a photo of the page to upload it here.

This took several days, working on it for an hour or so at a time. My right arm and hand starting hurting if I tried to do much more than that.  It is fun!   Maybe you could try it slowly...doing only a little bit at a time?

no my hands just can't grip small things. I had to write a few words today and I had trouble remming how to do letters or having them come out I write so little. I tend to over grip as I hold a pen some of that maybe that I don't really write anymore fill out a money order once a month and a few signatures once in awhile and they are all different.  trying is messed up enough I always make the same mistakes. same on my phone. makes playing games harder. sure better then the felt posters as a kit.

This is awesome!

Thanks so  much!  :cat:       The photo doesn't  reproduce the colors exactly right and that may have to do with the lighting. I'll try to get a better photo next time.

I noticed that when I posted my photo tonight, as well. I wish the colors would look more accurate. Oh,  well! It's still fun to share our projects! :my_biggrin:

I love the really vibrant colors you get.   I'm not a huge fan of yellow, but I really like that bright yellow you have.

@doggie - have you tried coloring apps?  I have one on my kindle fire.  Colorfy I believe.  Doesn't quite do the meditative trick for me (but that's me).   I know people who enjoy using it.

It's really too bad you have physical difficulties with your hands that stop you from coloring.   Sorry to hear that.  :my_huh:

I'm glad you like the colors!  My favorite color is red and I do love yellow also. Just love them together as well!   Thank you for your encouragement.  I've started my next page in the Creative Cat book. It's the one with the cat/robot/space design.

It's definitely a lot of fun to get feedback and share coloring projects!  I'm going to try to figure out what I need to do to photograph the finished projects with a more accurate color cast.

My husband scans my pages for me from his work.  He just did a batch of 9 pages for me today and I noticed the colors are not as good as the original.  I thought scans would make them more true color than pictures, but I guess that isn't the case :(

@doggie  There are coloring apps you can get for your mobile devices.  Not quite the same, but maybe that would work for you and you'd still be able to color for short times.

Would pen thickeners work for you? There are pens that are thicker and heavier to begin with, or foam thingies that you can attach to a normal pen to make it thicker. You could just wrap some tissue tightly around the pen and fix it with tape to try it out without investing money.
