I love this one!   I'm glad you mentioned highlighters because I have been wondering how they would work.   I think I'm going to pick up the set I've been eyeing to test them out.

Which book was this again?  I really like the designs you've picked.

Like many celebrity converts to Catholicism, Bug Hall is a rapid rightwinger.

He recently welcomed his fifth child a son saying

      Quote

“I have an heir! Mark Athanasius Chad Anthony Hall-Barnett of the Holy Cross was born at 4am, weighing in at 9.5 lbs. Mama and baby are both doing great. My bride’s fifth delivery, third all natural. Athanasius Contra Mundum.”

Then people pointed he has four daughters to which he replied.

      Quote

      “I said heir, not dishwasher.”

The implications are obvious that baby Mark is the heir and his sisters are the dishwashers.

Here is an article with the details(link).

I agree. It was excruciating watching Joy do her wedding shopping. For the cake as well as the dresses iirc - she was so indecisive and checked out, I think none of it was her at all and she felt overwhelmed and under a lot of pressure to present some 'look' that she didn't understand or care about. It doesn't strike me that she was ever one of those girls who daydreamed about her wedding, let alone the dress. The poor girl was just lost in it all.

I'm glad the marriage seems to suit her personality, even if the wedding didn't. Wish she hadn't been put in that position though, she was so young and had so little say in it all. Were she to have a do-over now, I feel she'd be far more confident in choosing what she wanted and also in saying no thanks to all the things that don't matter to her.

I wonder if for her these things didn't really matter though. I have a feeling Joy wanted to be with Austin and wanted to me married, but the wedding day itself was of little importance to her.

On a Thursday? What a weird day (that isn't also a holiday) to get married on.

I'm a wedding photographer in a resort area, and I often have weekday weddings! Mostly because when people come to my area they come for a whole week or at least an extended trip, and vacation cottages often rent Saturday-Saturday, so it's hard to get married on a changeover day.

One of my friends just attended a wedding yesterday, on a Thursday! It was a black tie wedding, local to the couple getting married - though a TON of their guests had to travel. Our husbands (and the groom) are all in the same industry and so they have flexible schedules making it not a big deal to be "off" on a weekday for a wedding. As it happened the couple didn't want to wait too long to get married and planning less than a year out all the venues they liked were already booked on weekends.
