It looks like a fake staged photo where everyone was ordered to look as if they were having fun, None of those smiles are genuine.

They look kind of awkward. It's not just that the mother of the bride is hanging out with them, it's the cult leader as well.

They both are likely at least 4 inches taller than usual due to their heels.
