Levi the Rescue Husky

So I was watching these cute shorts on YouTube. (Shorts are basically little videos like TikToks on YouTube).

This woman adopted a husky named Levi from a shelter.  He's pretty dog and I thought the content was cute. However there was at least one video where the owner defends the fact that he is still isn't very well trained. I get training takes time, but it sounded like she wasn't trying to train him. I can't tell if she is negligent owner or one who will eventually figure it out.
